In this series I focus more on pushing the boundaries of the canvas and medium to the extreme, to almost complete abstraction.  However, I stop just short of total abstraction and maintain focus on small glimpses and shadows of recognizable objects or scenes.  Entirely distorted and difficult to read, I play with these teased, abstracted moments like the mind recalls deja vu. 

This series describes the effect time has on memory; allowing us to recall glimmers of moments just before they are absorbed back into our daily lives, like words on the tip of your tongue.
